If you attend only one event this year, ConSec'08 should be the one!

See below for the conference brochure, or click www.consec.org to register.

This year’s conference features speakers telling their real-world tales of how they applied risk management concepts (or threw all pre-planning out the window!) to achieve success in dire circumstances.

The Opening Keynote will be "A Fireside Chat with Prof. Howard A. Schmidt", and the closing General Session speaker is William H. Murray sharing "Life Lessons in Information Security".

Day 2 is Executive Edge Day featuring executive management presentations anchored by Tom Oreck's tale of "Hurricane Katrina--Recovery of a Company and Improvisation of Employees".

Day 3 kicks off with Dr. Robert Chandler describing "Emergency Cirsis Communication: Lessons Learned from the Pepperdine University and the 2007 Southern California Wildfires"

Day 4 is dedicated to full-day workshops on Business Continuity, Security, and Audit.

Location: Commons Building, J.J. Pickle Research Center
