Hands on Learning tool for Cryptography

Cryptography is largely a theoretical concept. You can talk about DES and Diffie-Hellman, but not often do you get to "play" with these concepts or see them well illustrated.
About a month ago, I stumbled across a little application called Cryptool. Created by some very clever German geeks, this little application contains a wealth of examples, animations, demos, etc to help you gain a firmer grasp on cryptographic concepts. I used it during the last class I taught on Cryptography and it seemed to help quite a lot.
